Change in Altitude, a two bedroom condo located at Seven Springs Resort, is that perfect getaway in the Laurel Highlands of western Pennsylvania. This newly refurbished two bedroom, one bath condo with hot tub is a short free shuttle bus ride from the lodge and slopes of Seven Springs. This lower level condo boasts a master bedroom with queen bed, and second bedroom with a full bed, as well as a two person private hot tub with privacy drapes on the deck. Located at Pennsylvania’s largest year round resort, take advantage of the numerous outdoor activities the Laurel Highlands has to offer: skiing, snow tubing, cross country skiing, golfing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, clay shooting, fishing, and kayaking at nearby Laurel Hill State Park to name a handful. Indoor activities at the resort include: bowling, miniature golf, indoor swimming, axe throwing, and a nice game room/arcade. This condo has an outdoor pool, and tennis courts available for our guests.

Seven Springs Mountain Resort, a Vail Resort property, was once voted Ski Magazine’s #1 Ski Resort in the Mid-Atlantic Region, consisting of 14 slopes for downhill skiing and 17 groomed trails for cross-country skiing, and 275 acres that are available for skiing, snow tubing, sledding, snowboarding and wintertime fun.

The shuttle bus stop is located within a stone’s throw of the front door. The inside foyer contains ski hangers and numerous coat and gear hooks with shoe trays to leave your shoes and boots at the front door. As well, there is a convenient bench to boot up and boot down prior to boarding the shuttle. Feel like hiking to the resort? The Swiss Trail is right out the back door.

The newly renovated kitchen boasts a wine cooler to keep your apres’ ski wine at that perfect temp. Included with your stay is a Krupps coffee maker, or a Keurig, depending on your preference. Both contain reusable coffee filters, enabling you to enjoy your favorite grind. We also provide Beekman 1802 shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion in convenient dispensers. Only the best for our guests! We start you off with a complimentary coffee pouch, and one tide detergent for the in house washer and dryer.

The resort offers numerous restaurants and bars for your enjoyment. We have included menus for your convenience. The Highlands Market is a short 1.8 mile drive and offers plenty of provisions you may have left behind.

Nearby destinations of interest include: Falling Water, Kentuck Knob, and Ohio Pyle for whitewater rafting and gravel trail biking on the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) trail. The Flight 93 National Memorial in Stoystown is a short drive.

Our unit has a beautiful fireplace, but understand it contains an electric heating insert and is not a wood burning fireplace, as the chimney is sealed.

We understand accidents happen. Please notify either of us to make us aware. Any damage that has occurred due to negligence is your responsibility.

You will be required to sign and return a rental agreement within 24 hours of your booking. We will also need a valid photo ID to verify you are over 30. Parents cannot rent for their children under 30.
