Willkommen in unserer Scout Lane Cabin. Unser schönes Haus liegt auf 6 Hektar Land, umgeben von Wäldern. Brüllender Lauf, der als einheimischer Forellenbach der Klasse A gilt, fließt direkt durch den Hinterhof. Diese Unterkunft befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom ICV-Wander- und Radweg entfernt. Nur eine kurze Fahrt zu den Resorts Hidden Valley und Seven Springs sowie zum größten State Park von PA, Ohiopyle. Unser neu renoviertes Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Eigenschaften umfassen: Whirlpool, Feuerstelle im Freien, Pelletofen, Außengrill, zentrale Luft und Fußbodenheizung zusätzlich. Die Scout Lane Cabin befindet sich im Herzen des Laurel Highlands und ist der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Kurzurlaub oder ein actionreiches Abenteuer.

Jess is so nice and check-in was very smooth. the cabin is amazingly well stocked, especially the kitchen. Plenty of space and bedrooms- we didn’t even realize there was a loft until we got there. They’ve also upgraded the garage into a game room/ hang-out space that we really enjoyed. Such a great spot!

Our stay was amazing! The cabin inside was fully equipped with all the essentials and very clean and inviting. The property grounds were beautiful and tranquil with a relaxing hot tub and fire pit. Bonus that the firewood was provided for us!Jess the owner was so very personable and so thoughtful about making sure we had everything we needed.Our group all decided that we would definitely like to rent this property again!

Champion PA Wedding Weekend

The cabin was an awesome place to stay!! So much room. Great game room, hot tub, outside area. Great showers, lots of towels. K cups for Keurig and coffee for coffee pot. Comfy beds. Located conveniently close to Sanaview Farms venue. Jess's hospitality was amazing. Great detail and explanations. Very accommodating! Definitely recommend staying here.

Our Ski Trip Family Home

This was our 2nd year renting Jess’ beautiful home. Jess is so accommodating and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay with family. The home setup is huge and provides bedroom separation and nice common spaces to gather to eat and play games. We enjoyed the hot tub too! We love that the house includes easy driving distance to Seven Springs for skiing and other amenities. We will be back to make more family memories! Thank you, Jess for hosting us!

Snowy Paradise

This is our preferred place to stay when we go to Seven Springs. We really love the large space and especially the big hot tub. It's an easy drive to Seven Springs and remote enough to feel like no one else is around. It's great to have the property owner walk you through everything and answer any questions you have. Definitely stay here again.

Awesome place - better than the pics

We had a fantastic stay. The place is quite large and beautiful, the host was super helpful at check-in and the hot tub was ideal after skiing. The game room is not yet complete so not advertised but the kids had a lot of fun hanging out there. Wood pellet stove was a great touch in the kitchen / loft and the heated floors in other parts of the house kept bare feet comfy! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful setting next to a actively fliowing trout stream.

Great house for a family. Very cozy home on a attractive large lot with a trout stream flowing through it. Our grand daughters loved the loft bedroom; very spacious with wonderful heated floors, a game room and all the amenities. The owner is very easy to contact if you have questions about how something operates. Close to Falling Waters and Ohiopyle State Park.

Perfect Spiritual Getaway

This was our second stay at this location. Planning two trips for 2024. Large group of women who are spiritually connected. This location allowed space for group activities as well as personal time. Comfortable, cozy, and clean space with all the amenities we needed. Felt like home. The hot tub is wonderful. Peaceful surroundings. Perfect getaway for our chosen family. Best rest I have had in months. I love the babbling brook. Spacious and well-cared for retreat with obvious thought around how it was stocked and the amenities offered. More than just a cabin

Loved my stay at this lovely cabin in the woods! I rented this to have my family stay with me for my sisters wedding near Seven Springs and the property did not disappoint. The host, Jess, met me at the cabin, gave a tour of the home, highlights of what I needed to know and then provided me with his cell phone if something would come up. It was the perfect size. The beds were so comfortable. The house was stocked with all the essentials that you could possibly need and then some. Jess. has done some amazing things with this home and has plans for more which makes me want to return in the future. I highly recommend this property. With the stream out back, fire pit hot tub, large garage space to "play in", we took advantage of all of it.

Perfect for a wedding at SanaView Farm

Scout Lane cabin is 2 minutes form the wedding venue. It is a spacious, well appointed log cabin style house. The rustic interior and motif give it a very warm and comfortable feeling. The outside property with Roaring Run Creek directly outback is beautiful and private. I would highly recommend this property for any occasion. Jess, the property owner, is very accessible and prompt to respond to any concerns or issues you may have.

The property is as advertised or better. Jess and his wife are great, they really want you to not only enjoy their property but your whole trip! We do a family trip each year with our 2 adult sons and our 3 grand children. This is the best place we have ever rented. Plenty of room and something close by for everyone's interest. lots of room to get together inside or outside for bonding. I am real critical when rating a property because I use ratings a lot when I look for rentals. No worries here! I hope we made a good impression with Jess and his wife because we would love to come back.
