An ultra age old olive tree of great historical and cultural value has given the name to the region and was also the source of inspiration for the name of the villa. The story says that once it was the only tree in the area. Today it stands out because of its size. The trunk at the base has a perimeter of 13 meters and it is divided into 5 other trunks that form a huge nest. The surrounding area is shaped for the protection of the tree as well as for the use of the shade and tranquility that offers.

The Villa is build on two levels, featuring 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with a unique architectural design and constructed with high quality materials, making this property a 5 star accommodation.



On the ground floor you will find the living room with a modern L shaped sofa, a wooden coffee table, and a 65" LCD Smart TV with Netfix DVD player and PS4. The open space area has a modern fireplace and unique furniture design making the open plan space an oasis of elegance and luxury. On this level you can find 3 of the bedrooms, with each one having a view to the pool area with a unique decoration. The master bedroom has a king size bed with anatomic mattress and pillows, an LCD TV, a glass made shower cabinet for two persons with hydrojet towers next to the bed, a round grand bath, facing the wonderful view, access to a furnished balcony, an en suite bathroom with toilette and sink. A separate space, designed as a boudoir, equipped with styling stuff, a large mirror and a closet. The other 2 bedrooms with each one having a unique decoration and an airy atmosphere are ideal for your body and mind to enjoy the ultimate relaxation. Both bedrooms have king size beds, LCD TVs, modern mirror commodes, spacious closets. There is also access to a furnished balcony, overlooking the pool area and the city. There is also a bathroom with shower on this level.



The other four bedrooms are separated in two independent, fully furnished and equipped buildings. Each building has 2 bedrooms and are located in the ground floor of the villa, with separate entrances from the main one. They also have an open plan space with living room, dining area, kitchen, a full bathroom. All 4 bedrooms feature king size beds. The bathrooms are equipped with sink, toilette, spacious bath with shower and washing machine. Both apartments feature wall to wall doors, offering access to the pool and one of the terraces of the villa, furnished with a super modern swing, a hammock and a dining table. A table football is also placed in the terrace to offer you some moments of fun, on your breaks from swimming and sunbathing.

The exterior spaces of the villa consist of a private heated pool.
