This is a modern villa offering absolute comfort, able to accommodate up to 6 people in 60m2 of interior and 110m2 of outdoor spaces.

There are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms both with smart cable TVs. One room has one double bed and the other room has two double beds.

Its usual residents state it is ideal for “outdoor living” as the private lawn spaces are perfect for families with children or for just sunbathing. There is a roofed terrace with sitting and dining area and a gas barbecue. There is also an outdoors shower ideal for using it after you come back from the beach to wash off sand and salt or if you are sunbathing in the garden to cool off.

The house is situated just 300m away from the famous sandy beach of Stavros where you can also find cafes, restaurants, and mini markets. The city of Chania is just 20 minutes away by car or by bus. It is perfect for your short or longer stays in the area.

• Bedrooms
The villa offers 2 spacious, bright and air-conditioned bedrooms. The first bedroom has a large double bed, wardrobe, bedside table with lampshades and a smart cable TV. The second bedroom has two double beds, wardrobe, and smart cable TV.

• Bathrooms
There is one spacious bathroom with shower cabin. There is a washing machine plus a dryer. A hairdryer is also provided. Shampoo, soap and other toiletries are there for you, no need to buy or bring your own. There is also an outdoors shower with both hot and cold water.

• Kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen offers you all necessary amenities to prepare any kind of a meal. Then just let the dishwasher do the job! There is also a dining table to accommodate 6 persons.

• Living Room
The living room has a large sofa, a coffee table in the middle and an armchair. The living room has also a main dining space that can comfortably accommodate 6 persons. There is direct access to the kitchen.

• Outdoors
This house is surrounded by 110m2 of lawn paved garden with lovely views of the surrounding area. A gas barbecue is also available. Bring your friends and family to the table and taste the original Mediterranean outdoor living! There is an outdoor dining table with six chairs.

The house is located in the area of Stavros famous for its sandy beach. At about 300m you can find cafes, restaurants, ATM and mini markets. The city of Chania is just 20 minutes away by car or by bus. At 200m you can find a bus stop with regular routes (every half an hour) to the center of Chania.

Stavros is a dreamy sandy cove and an excellent spot for relaxing holidays. The circular coast is pleasantly catered with umbrellas and sunbeds. You can easily access this beach within 20 km from Chania Town. It is a popular summer destination among the locals but the limited tourist development leaves the area totally unspoiled. There are numerous taverns that serve fresh fish and other local Cretan delicacies. The bare hump on one side of the bay has its name in Hollywood, as the slope was the location for the academy award nominated movie Zorba the Greek starring Anthony Quinn and Alan Bates.
