In front of the apartment, there is a pedestrian street which is quite quiet during quiet hours. The nearest beach where someone can swim, the Koum Kapi beach, is really close to the accommodation (500m), so get ready for some dips! Right next to the apartment are the "Stivanadika," the area where in the past most of the city's shoemakers made and sold Cretan boots. The modern market of Chania city center as well as the preserved Old Municipal Market are literally next to you! The atmospheric alleys of the Old Town around you, full of sounds of Greek and Cretan tradition, invite you to explore them.

Other points of interest within 500 meters include the Church of Saints Anargyroi, the Chania Municipal Art Gallery, and the Municipal Garden, while Nea Chora Beach is 1 km away. The central bus station is 300 meters away, and Chania International Airport is 13 km away.
