Istros Villa III is nestled within a sprawling 300m² outdoor haven, featuring a private swimming pool. The pool terrace is thoughtfully appointed with sun-beds and umbrellas, ensuring you can bask in the Cretan sunshine all day long. Next to the pool, you'll find a shaded dining area complete with BBQ facilities. This stylish al fresco space is perfect for savouring an evening drink as the sun dips below the horizon. Additionally, there are two charming outdoor sitting areas, ideal for sipping your morning coffee, enjoying a refreshing beverage, or simply soaking in the breathtaking sea views.

Internal Living | Beds&Baths
Step inside the villa, where the interior exudes an exquisite blend of vintage country glamour and refined style. The neutral colour palette creates an inviting atmosphere, perfect for a tranquil and dreamlike stay. On the first floor, both bedrooms are elegantly furnished with a keen eye for detail, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after your daily adventures. Each bedroom boasts its own private balcony, offering uninterrupted views of the shimmering sea—a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The villa features two thoughtfully designed bathrooms: a ground floor bathroom with an overhead rainfall shower, and a second bathroom on the first floor, complete with a shower cabin for unwinding after a day of exploration. The maximum capacity of the villa is 5 guests.
