The large swimming pools that are divided into two levels are the perfect spot for you to spend the day with your loved ones. Enjoy the sun and or sit and relax in the lounge area and after that, you can have your breakfast-lunch or dinner in the sitting area. Dinner under the starlight sky, what else can you ask for? Moreover, pretty close to the pool, you will find a gas BBQ space which can only mean, food-cocktails-party and friends! The little details of beautiful flowers that surround the outdoor area, give you a small touch of warmth and a glimpse of nature! Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pools can be heated free of charge from April until the end of May and from the 15th of September until the end of October, upon request by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26-27?C, depending on weather conditions. From the 1st of June until the 14th of September, the pools can be heated at an extra cost. We request three days advance notice for this facility. (Kindly be informed that the heated pool feature is not available during July and August due to naturally high ambient temperatures.)


2/3-day cleaning service
The rates include housekeeping every 2/3 days and changing of linens and towels every 3 days.


From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 2EUR per night/villa from April to October and 0.50EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.
