Spread over two levels and covering a total of 100 sq.m., the villa offers comfortable accommodation for up to six guests, with a layout that ensures privacy ideal for families, couples, or friends.

On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, a dining area to enjoy them with your loved ones, and a cozy sofa for unwinding. A sliding door allows for partial separation of the space, offering additional privacy whenever desired.



The master bedroom features a queen-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), an open wardrobe, and a window with views of the mountains and pool creating an atmosphere of calm and relaxation. The second bedroom includes a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), wardrobe, and a window with views of the garden and White Mountains , perfect for family or friends. A stylish bathroom with a shower completes the ground floor, offering comfort and rest after a full day.



Descending to the semi-basement, you'll discover an independent space that feels like a private studio, with its own entrance. It includes a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), wardrobe, a lounge area with a 43’’ TV, a small kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a washing machine — an ideal setting for guests who value both companionship and privacy.



All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, smart TVs with Netflix access, and a safe, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests.



Within the same space, the private hammam invites you to immerse yourself in moments of true relaxation, complemented by a specially designed massage bed. Upon request, we can organize massage sessions, yoga, aromatherapy, or sound healing , for a personalized wellness experience tailored to your needs.

Outdoors, the private swimming pool, featuring a waterfall and built-in jacuzzi for three , offers the perfect setting for unwinding in absolute tranquility. Around the pool, you'll find comfortable loungers, umbrellas, side tables, and an outdoor shower. A Sonos Move sound system is also available so you can enjoy your favorite music throughout the day.



The outdoor dining area, under a pergola, includes a gas barbecue, sink, dishwasher, mini fridge, and cooking facilities , ideal for a breezy breakfast or a starlit dinner. Guest Access:

**Heated Pool: The use of the pool is free of charge. If you would like to use the heating option, this service is available at an additional cost of 70€ per day. Please note that the maximum water temperature depends on the current weather conditions.



If you would like the heating to be activated, please inform us at least 48 hours before your arrival. The heating must remain on continuously, without interruptions, in order to maintain a stable water temperature. The heated pool must be used continuously for a minimum of 5 days.
