The home is located on a gravel alley way. Jefferson memorial park and restaurants are just minutes away.

To assist in maintaining our cleaning fees at a minimum, we kindly ask that you adhere to our checkout guidelines. The pool and hot tub area are enclosed by a fence and commonly used barefoot. For safety reasons, please refrain from bringing any glass items into this area. Additionally, pets are not permitted within the fenced area due to concerns regarding waste cleanup. Guests found in violation of these rules may be asked to vacate the premises and will be responsible for covering the entire cost of any necessary service or repairs billed by our contractors. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
-No unpermitted guests are allowed on the premises.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

-Pets are not permitted in the pool area.

-Glass, glassware, or bottles are not allowed in the pool area.

-Swimming alone is not permitted; an adult must be present at all times.

-Running or jumping in the pool area is prohibited.

Checkout Instructions:

Please place any used linens or towels on the floor.

Place dishes in the dishwasher and

-Take out the trash before leaving.

-Adjust the thermostat back to 72 degrees.
