Unit is in an ideal location to explore the local neighborhood of Cannonborough, and if you like walking, College of Charleston, lower King St. and the French Quarter. There are many great restaurants nearby.

We rented this unit because it specifically listed Onsite Parking. There is no onsite parking. The unit was very clean. The home is cute, but located on a busy street with many college student housing. The location is very close to King Street.

The host was very responsive throughout the process. The apartment was great for our family of four to allow both of our kids their own space. The location was also ideal for an easy walk to many places to eat and shop. The parking situation wasn’t ideal, but wouldn’t deter us from staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this 3-bedroom home. It met all our expectations — clean, well-stocked, and in a great location. The two main rooms were very spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable.The back room does have a slight slope to the floor, which gave us a little laugh but didn’t affect our stay at all. We only had breakfast in the unit, so the lack of a kitchen table wasn’t a concern for us since the living room worked perfectly for that.Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay — we’d happily return!

Stay duvet actually upgraded us to a larger unit when they had some issues with the originally booked one. We really appreciated this for so many reasons. 1) that they didn’t just cancel our reservation and leave us hanging 2) we had more rooms, bathrooms, closer to king street, etc. I’m sure we would’ve had a great time either way. Communication was great!! Check in was the easiest ever. Same with check out. Honestly wish we could’ve stayed longer. The water pressure was fantastic. Great towels linens etc. AC was perfect (I get hot easily).

Fun friends visit!!

The property was lovely! Great location. Wish it had one parking spot but we were able to work it out with parking garage which was close by and on street two hour parking for loading and unloading. Would definitely book again!

Lovely historic home in Charleston

We just returned from a wonderful long weekend in Casa Bella. The house is adorable, and no complaints about the location. A bit of a walk to King Street, but walking around downtown Charleston is never a bad thing in my experience. My only complaint about this location is the lack of parking for Suite B. The public parking lots are quite a ways away and walking back and forth was inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. With this being a historic home on a second floor, I wouldn’t recommend this rental to anyone with mobility issues, but otherwise, it’s just fine!

Perfect Property for Party of 5!

We decided to book this house for 5 adults for a girls trip. I was a little worried about the location because I thought it could be far from the shops/restaurants. Everything was in walking distance to many adorable coffee shops/ restaurants and boutiques a couple min walking distance from our house. King street is literally a 3 min walk and roughly a 25 min walk to Rainbow Row. House was a little smaller than expected, but was completely accomodating for our group. Floors are slanted especially in the single bedroom and we joked that it felt like a fun house! The property manager was amazing to work with and very responsive! House was super cute and clean! Steps to house were a little challenging bringing luggage up and down, but we managed. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, turn-key comfortable getaway

We stayed in the upstairs unit of this two-unit house. The three bedrooms were of appropriate size for a four person family (two adults, one 15 year old and one seven year old). It was a nice place to return to each evening, the kitchen was well equipped and the seating area was spacious for a small den. I would like to have seen some hooks in the bathrooms in order to hang up towels for re-use, and due to size of the condo, there is nowhere to eat save the coffee table in the den.

Great location near the action. The steps are a bit of a challenge!! The property has charm and practicality. No EIK, but works well for snacking. There was no off street parking available to us, but a garage was not far away
