This property was perfect for our group of 4 adults. Charleston is not a cheap town, and this was more affordable than any of the decent hotels in the neighborhood. Parking was convenient - right next to the building - and affordable. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were clean and comfortable. There is limited clothing storage; we figured out how to make it work. Perhaps the host could provide additional hangers if asked. The kitchen area has limited storage as well, but we didn't need to utilize the ample space in the refrigerator. All appliances in good working order. We only used our car once for a plantation tour, and we walked a good 6 miles each of our 5 days in Charleston. There is so much to explore. The good - and the bad - history, the many great restaurants and beautiful shops, the iconic homes, churches, and neighborhoods, Charleston Harbor....the list goes on.The communication with StayDuvet was excellent. Each message was answered promptly and thoroughly. Based on price, location, condition of the unit, and the responsive host, we would definitely recommend and return to this property.

Excellent neighborhood. You can walk to almost everything. Management quick to respond to all requests. Beds comfortable and slept well in windowless bedrooms. We were a family of 4 adults and would’ve loved more comfortable chairs/sofa where all of us could lounge. Space was not conducive to that. No storage for clothing except for a few hangers and one luggage stand per room. Again, we were a family of 4 adults and could’ve used more storage.

The parking was easily identified and plenty of it. The room matched the pictures perfectly. Beds were very comfortable. Fan wobbeled in one bedroom. Didn't really use kitchen but looked like everything was there if needed. Prime location in 400 block of Kings. Was 150 less than other places. Furniture could have been updated but really your not in room but to sleep. Great value and location.

We lived in Charleston about 10 years ago and since then downtown has become "a happening place." despite the party going on outside, we were nice a quiet inside. Very clean, and well appointed but needs IMHO one more overstuffed chair. Yes, might crowd the available space but with a party of 4 we always had someone on one of the dining room chairs that "encouraged you to get up" after about 15 minutes. But overall great experience, would come here again.
