The 3 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

The house was beautifully decorated with everything we need. Beds were comfortable. The location was just ok. Not exactly walkable due to the entire neighborhood being under construction. And speaking of, the construction noise started at sun up, literally 6am and did not end until almost midnight. Every day. My issues were minimal but worth mentioning. We did try to cancel a month before our stay due to several medical issues resulting in half our party not being able to come and we simply did not need that much house but they were unwilling to refund, I even bought the trip cancelation insurance, it's a waste of money because it also did not help so don't bother with that. The host was very responsive and we didn't have any major issues. A neighbor parked in our spot at the house at one point and they took care of it right away. They provide linens, shampoos, soaps and cleaning supplies. They have a large laundry room right off the kitchen that was perfect for our little dog when we went out without her. I wish there had been more of a yard but they're kind of land locked, not anything could be done about that. All and all it was a good stay, my kids had a great time and that's what its about.

Great location

Perfect location right there downtown Charleston. Plenty of space for us 9 girls that went. Property managers were very responsive. My only “complaint” would be that the bed in master bedroom was extremely uncomfortable, like a very hard firm mattress which isn’t my cup of tea but we made do! .
