The Space:
The oyster suite comes with one assigned off street parking space. The fully stocked kitchen includes modern appliances and all the essentials for easy meals, whether you're cooking from scratch or reheating takeout.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom first-floor unit is part of a charming 3-story home that hosts six private condos. It’s the ideal setup for groups traveling together who want to stay close while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own space. Thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, this unit offers a welcoming home base for relaxing between Charleston adventures.

This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2024-05386 and Business License BL034116.

Guest Access:
🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

-THIS LISTING INCLUDES ONE PARKING SPACE ONLY. Parking is labeled in our parking lot behind the building. The parking is tight, we cannot accommodate oversized vehicles in our lot.
Please don't inquire about additional parking as we don't have access to any. The closest garage is at the corner of King and Spring Street at the Hyatt Place about 6 blocks away. If you have more than one car, please plan for that.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.


🧳 Luggage Drop-Off:
For guests arriving early or departing late, complimentary luggage drop-off is available upon request, so long as the home is clean and empty the night before arrival or the night after departure. Please reach out 24 hours before arrival or departure to confirm availability.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Street’s dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.


🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.

Perfect Location for Charleston

Loved the place and location. Had everything we needed.Only bad thing was the Mulberry tree & getting the berries all over the bottom of our shoes, even on our hands from the railings. One gal spent an hour trying to get the stain off her pants. I know it’s too hard to keep the steps clean, but maybe providing some kind of brush would help with cleaning shoes. Also the thermostat seemed to have a mind of its own

Lovely place in lovely Charleston

The property was clean, and just like the site photos. The bedrooms were generously sized with large comfortable beds and good-sized bathrooms. All of the appliances were clean and functional. The decor was tasteful and pretty. The TV was large, which is good if one likes to watch evening movies, etc. Cannon street was so lovely and our rental property was right in the middle of it. Several restaurants of various types and price range were within a 5 to 15 minute walk. Also, it took only 15 minutes to walk to King Street - a major shopping, dining and nightlife street. The hosts responded immediately, effectively and with sympathy to any question or issue. For example, we arrived late at night to check in and had trouble with the door code. Although it was 1:00 AM, the host answered the phone call and helped us by setting a new code. Cannon Street is safe and quiet.We had a lovely, happy time and the rental was worth every penny.

This was an inviting and welcoming stay within Charleston and a close drive to all other locations we were visiting. Great location, easy to find, and had all the amenities we needed (yay for 2 bathrooms!). Only issues (please know not the fault of the owners in any way) guests staying in the unit above us had no residential etiquette as they were quite noisy with a lot of banging and heavy walking (love kids as I am an elementary teacher, but not when they run constantly above us). Also, on 2 occasions someone parked in our assigned spot. If we had not arrived while the vehicle owners were still at their cars, we would not have been able to remedy the issue. One person was a "guest" in a B unit (parked in an "A" spot!?!) and the other was a "guest" in a residence across from the Manor lot. Other than the two instances mentioned above, next time we visit Charleston, we will definitely be looking to book again. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

The property photos were very accurate and the place was clean and items were well kept. We had an issue at checking in as the code did not work. We did get a response fairly quickly and they also handled the internet issue we had. We appreciated the white sound machines as the road and upstairs tenants could be heard very clearly. We understand this was an old house and therefore not having the same sound barriers as today. Overall, the management company was very easy to work with and very responsive.

Great stay!

As described, this rental is comfortable, well equipped and clean. Hosts were very responsive to the few small issues we had. 15 min walk to King Street. A bit noisy from upstairs neighbors and street noise but didn’t bother us. Beds were comfy, full bathrooms were great and den was small but cozy. Great stay for a girls trip!
