Located at the Edgewater Inn on the north shore of Round Lake Harbor and the Pine River Channel, this condo offers prime drawbridge views and a central downtown location. The location is lovely. We really enjoyed the view out our patio overlooking the canal. It's fun to watch the boats go by. That being said, the unit is somewhat dated, very dark furnishings and decor. As some others mentioned, it has a musty smell. Nothing we couldn't adjust to, but when you first walk in, it's overwhelming. It definitely could use a refresh.

The exterior of building is in good shape and living room of condo was nicely appointed. The condition, however, was pretty warm. No strainer in the sink drain, loose cabinet doors, appliances in shaky condition, few hangers in the closet, lamp switches not working well, lights flickering.

One of the hot pads had dried food on it. There also was an old, musty smell throughout the condo. We love the property and have stayed in a different unit which was lovely. I would not stay in 239 again.
