Relax, unwind, and have fun at this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home on a quiet cove of Lake Norman. The hundreds of trees on this one-acre Mooresville property offer privacy in a location that is super convenient for shopping, groceries, and attractions. The house comfortably sleeps eight, with three bedrooms (4 beds) and two futons in the basement. There is a full bathroom on each level (3 full baths).

Friends and family can lounge in the over 2,200 square feet of living space, cook out and dine on the huge lakefront deck, relax on the porch swings, or enjoy the water with seven adult kayaks and two youth kayaks provided.

Using the regular coffeemaker or Keurig, start your morning with a cup of coffee on the 1,000-square-foot wraparound deck. Overlooking the peaceful waterfront, listen to the songbirds while enjoying the pleasant breeze coming from the lake. You will see lots of birds, ducks, and geese, some turtles sunbathing around the cove, and a heron who likes to hang around the dock!

Spend your afternoon on the lake floating in the water, swimming, or using the 9 kayaks provided (5-8 foot; 1-10 foot; 1-12 foot, and 2 6-foot youth kayaks). The kids will delight in being able to fish right off the dock. Slip away for a fun waterside lunch by car, boat, or kayak to several restaurants close by. If you have your own boat or choose to rent one from one of the local marinas, you can dock it right at the house!

After memorable hours on the water, cook out on the deck on the outdoor gas grill, admiring the view with a drink in hand until dinner is ready. Or stay inside and whip up a fabulous feast in the fully equipped kitchen! During the meal preparations, your kids can watch their favorite shows on one of the three TVs.

Wrap up the day by swinging on the porch swings on the downstairs patio and breathing in the fresh lake air. Watch the sunset over the water before heading inside to end the evening in the basement, a great spot for the group to spend quality time.

Enjoy a family movie night on the 50" Samsung 4K Smart TV with cable, streaming capabilities, and a DVD player. Choose between a Netflix film or one of the 75 assorted DVDs provided! When the day finally comes to an end, guests of the master bedroom will retreat to the upstairs loft with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and mounted flat-screen TV.

Tucked right into a cove of North Carolina's magnificent Lake Norman, you'll experience the peacefulness of a lakeside property while also being situated 10 minutes or less from almost anything you want to do.

Downtown Mooresville is a little over 5 miles away, where you can discover the town's parks, museums, antique shops, and other tourist attractions or stroll down Main Street. Within 15 minutes are several boat rental services you can choose from if you don't own your own.

There are dozens of great restaurants surrounding the property with food choices ranging from burgers, subs, and pizza to sushi, Italian, seafood, or Chinese - something for everyone! During days on the water, make your way across the lake on your boat to Hello, Sailor for delectable Southern seafood cuisine.

Eddie's on Lake Norman is a local favorite also known for seafood as well as burgers, bar food, and Sunday brunch! Accessible by water and by car, it's just minutes from the property and a perfect family outing.

- We do not allow more than 8 guests on the property during the day for a visit, or overnight. That includes dinners, cookouts, or other activities where others who are not on the reservation are invited to the property
- Must be at least 30 years old to book
- Photo ID is required 48 hours prior to check-in (via e-mail or text)
- Pet-friendly with $100 per stay fee (maximum 2 dogs allowed, 40-lb weight limit). Please include any questions/requests in your booking inquiry
- No events, parties or gatherings beyond the number stated on your reservation
- No smoking
- No campers, trailers, or RVs allowed
- Maximum occupancy is 8 guests, who can spread out between 4 beds (king, queen, double, single) and 2 double futons. More than 8 guests are not allowed during the day or overnight, as the septic system is rated for no more than 8 guests

- The Property has security cameras that cover both driveways. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, injury, unregistered guests or undisclosed pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed. These cameras in no way infringe upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these driveway areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being asked to leave without refund.
