Inside, the thoughtfully designed studio offers a comfortable and stylish space to relax after a day in the city. Unwind on the sofa or accent chair while streaming your favorite shows on the Smart TV, then prepare snacks or meals in the modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a dining table for four. Though the studio is located on a shared property with the main home, your accommodations feel wonderfully private, creating a peaceful escape in the heart of the city.



The true highlight awaits upstairs on your exclusive rooftop terrace. Soak in the hot tub beneath the Carolina sky, gather around the fire pit as the sun sets over the city, or relax in the comfortable lounge seating with your favorite drink in hand. • We want to ensure your arrival is as smooth as possible! The property features a shared driveway, but you will have your own dedicated parking space right on site.

• The exterior yard is shared with the main house, where you might occasionally cross paths with the resident's friendly dog enjoying some time outside.

• Unbeatable Location & Transit: Want to skip the rideshare? Leave your car parked and take advantage of the nearby CityLYNX Gold Line streetcar station for an incredibly easy, car-free way to navigate the area.

• Guest Capacity & Pricing Policy: Our base nightly rate covers up to 2 guests. We are happy to accommodate larger groups, but please note there is an additional fee of $75 per person for any guests beyond the first two and up to a max of 4. This ensures our team has the pull-out couch fully set up, prepared, and stocked with fresh linens prior to your arrival!
