* The main-level primary master king features a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a large shower with dual rainshower heads, a fireplace, a stunning lake view, and private patio/pool access.
* Two upper-level king bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms, one of which has views of the lake.
* Upper-level queen bunk room with two queen beds and double-entry ensuite bathroom

Extra sleeping arrangements include
* Upper-level twin bunkroom with four extra-long twin beds with lake view.
* Upper-level private apartment with a king bed and two private, twin bunk beds.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. An additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 18; maximum daytime occupancy is 25. This property has two active security cameras on premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
Pool will be heated to a minimum of 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season.

Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
