I am still waiting on the staff about a refund. I came this weekend. I accidentally booked the next weekend. They all seem like they do not understand on how to refund you when you’re not gonna be staying even the service I used said they’re just waiting on roadway to let us know not to mention the water wasn’t working so he moved our room then put me in a room where it was absurd disgusting then he moved me to another room and had me walking around this whole time and then said sorry we can’t put you in that room because there’s something wrong with the key. Then I go to use the phone because the microwave is not working. The phone doesn’t work. The microwave doesn’t work. The water doesn’t work. I don’t know how this place is still open and running. I understand this is not the Ritz Carlton, but they are simple things that they should be able to do and they’re a simple amenities that should be working in order to be open and running by law.
