Welcome to your private haven in the heart of Charlotte! This large, two-bedroom guest house features soaring ceilings and an abundance of natural light, making it a favorite among guests. Tucked away in a peaceful residential neighborhood, you’ll enjoy the tranquility of your own retreat while being just steps away from SouthPark Mall and a variety of the city’s best shops and restaurants.

Accessed through a side entrance, this bright and airy space feels much larger than its 1000 square feet, thanks to its vaulted ceilings and skylights. Recently fully renovated, the guest house is equipped with a spacious, well-appointed kitchen that’s perfect for preparing meals or entertaining friends. All beds are outfitted with allergy covers for your comfort.

Although the property is shared with another home, the guest house offers a true sense of privacy, ensuring you can relax and unwind. It's an ideal choice for working professionals visiting Charlotte, combining the comforts of home with the convenience of a great location.

You’ll have the entire top floor of the building to yourself, providing an elevated retreat with easy access and minimal stairs. The sloping lot allows for a seamless entry at ground level while offering stunning views from the back of the apartment.

If you need anything during your stay or are looking for local recommendations, my family home is on the same property in a separate building, and we’re always here to assist. We occasionally travel but have backup support available for emergencies.

I traveled to Southpark with my elderly mother so she could meet her brand-new great-granddaughter. My Mom struggles getting around, often doesn't feel safe, and is always nervous. This is due to chronic senior depression. Traveling is challenging. The owners were beyond accommodating with all of our needs. Communication was instant. The home is so warm, welcoming, and cozy that my Mom instantly felt at home and safe. I highly recommend this location! When I come back to visit my daughter and am in need of a place to stay, I will DEFINITELY come back! Outstanding location!!

Excellent Convenient and Comfortable Rental

My son and I stayed here for three nights while in town for the PGA Championship at the nearby Quail Hollow Golf Course. The property was as-advertised and exceptionally comfortable. The house is in a pleasant residential neighborhood with unlimited shopping and services nearby. All furnishings and appliances were modern and in excellent condition. Check-in was smooth and house rules and instructions clearly articulated. Amy was very helpful and communicative. Outstanding accommodations!

Wonderful place to stay!

We totally enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse! It's cheerful and bright inside with a cathedral ceiling and well maintained and comfortable furnishings. All the appliances appear to be new. The guesthouse is detached from the main home so it was very quiet and we did not need to be concerned with disturbing the family when we came back late at night. Added fun--the short walk from the driveway to the guesthouse goes through a solarium--very nice! Amy was a great hostess, providing all the information we needed for check-in and about the guesthouse and the surrounding area. We highy recommend this guesthouse as a great place to stay!

Great place!

This guest house is everything it claims to be -- updated, spacious, clean, and modern. The hosts were very kind, they even helped us with our luggage when we checked in late at night. I had a great stay at this location. It is a very nice apartment over the garage. Very private. I have never stayed at a rental property with such a well-stocked kitchen, both appliances and extras (salt, sugar, etc...) I highly recommend staying here.

Very comfortable

We stayed for a week. The location is in a nice and very quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the supplies for both the kitchen and bathroom were well-stocked. The owner was very responsive to any questions and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in and check out was a breeze! We have family in the area and will definitely consider this property for future stays.
