The condition of the home was not represented as the photos showed. This house is marketed as a Luxury property. The bedding was horrible. The sheets were all pilled and the pillows had no zippered covers so the pillows were all yellow and drool stained. The extra blankets were also stained and smelled bad. Two ceiling fans were not working. The loft bathroom had no soap in it and the new blue towels were not washed so they left you covered in blue towel lint . The nonstick pans were all scratched on the bottoms and the only small sauce pan looked as though someone took a hammer to the bottom of the pan. The toaster had not been cleaned for some time and was full of crumbs. The desk chair was very worn . The couch was very worn with stains on it and all the pillows seemed to have a bunch of stuffing missing so it was very uncomfortable. Also the dining room table is wobbly. The internet did not work for 1 1/2 days which meant that we could not watch television as well as use any laptop. One of the toilets was also wobbly and the owner did not relay this message and my father in his 80’s almost fell off the toilet. The towel racks in the bathrooms had been moved and the plaster spots had not been painted over. The towel rack in the master bedroom near the tub is falling out of the wall. The master bath has a very musty smell. The carpets were all stained. The lint trap in the dryer was totally packed with lint,air hockey didn’t work,trip mat at the front door,holes in decking
