Close to all Uptown Charlotte has to offer! The 3 story townhome is very spacious at 1,700 sq ft, with large living space, kitchen and primary bedroom! Located in 3rd Ward inside the 277 loop, easily walk to Bank of America Stadium, the greenway and Frazier Dog Park. We are a short scooter ride or ride share to anything you want to do. This townhouse is perfect for game days, concerts, and any event going on in uptown. Conveintly located close to many breweries and restaurants as well.

The space
Our 3-story townhome awaits you for your getaway to Charlotte! The main floor is wide open and features a large living area with sectional to comfortably watch TV and relax. There is a dining area to seat 4 then flow right into the kitchen area. Enjoy cooking or chatting around the long rectangle island with plenty of counter space! The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, and anything else you would need for cooking meals and enjoying time at the home. There is also a half bath and the laundry closet on the main floor. The Primary bedroom is located on the 3rd floor and features a king size bed and smart TV, connected to a full attached bathroom with a glass enclosed shower, dual vanities and walk in closet. The second bedroom is on the bottom floor and has a queen size bed, an attached full bath, and a closet for your use. Also in this room is a desk and monitors you can connect to for a nice work from home space!

There is a balcony off the main living area that overlooks the driveway. The 3rd floor has a large outdoor terrace that features a grill and lounge seating with seasonal views of a few buildings in uptown. it’s a great place to take your morning coffee with the weather is nice!

There is a small amount of space beside and behind the home to walk your dog in the grass, but the home is also very walkable to the greenway and other sidewalk areas.

The driveway is perfect to fit 2 cars, 1 car can park in the garage, if needed there is also street parking.

We know you will love your stay in this home. We also welcome longer stays for guests who may be waiting on a home to be finished or are relocating to the area just send us an inquiry and we can discuss those accommodations.

We do welcome one pet under 75 pounds. The pet fee is $100 and is non-refundable. The pet must be disclosed and approved before arrival, or the fee will be $150, or you will be asked to leave.
In some cases we will allow 2 pets the fee for the additional pet will be $50 to be sent after booking.

Guest also have access to the washer and dryer but we do not provide detergent.

We do not allow parties. Only guests listed on the booking are allowed at the home. A $200 fee will be charged if a party is held.

No smoking permitted on the property A fee of $100 will be charged for smoking or evidence of smoking.

The cleaning fee includes full cleaning upon check-out and inspection. It Also includes all clean linens including sheets, comforters, bath towels and wash cloths. Starter rolls of toliet paper and paper towels based on your length of stay. We have a washer and dryer but do not provide laundry detergent. This is not a hotel so the unit will not be cleaned daily.
