You'll have complete access to the entire 2-bedroom condo, including all private spaces like the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room, balcony, and backyard. Plus, enjoy the waterfront, beach, and green spaces.



The Neighborhood:

This Waterfront Condo is located right on the Charlottetown Waterfront. You can sit on the balcony and watch the sailboats and cruise ships sail by.

It is located right next to the Charlottetown Yacht Club where you can dine, shop, or just relax and enjoy all the Waterfront has to offer.

The "Boardwalk" is located right outside the condo door taking you on a unique walking experience to many fun things that the downtown Charlottetown area has to offer.

It is located only two blocks, a five minute walk, from famous Victoria Row and its entertainment area with many shops.

Welcome to our LUX Waterfront Condo! Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note this is a quiet property, and quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. For those bringing a furry friend, one dog up to 25 lbs is permitted; pets are not allowed on furniture and must not be left unattended. Please refrain from cooking seafood (including lobster) inside the condo. Only registered guests are allowed during quiet hours. Free onsite parking is available. We look forward to your stay!



Interaction with Guests:

We live in the condo building next door and are readily available to assist you during your stay. You can reach us easily via the Airbnb messaging platform, and we will do our best to respond to your inquiries within an hour. We are happy to help with any questions or needs you may have to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
