We provide you with towels, soap, spices, coffee, condiments and shampoo. Plus, we're dog friendly! Experience the allure of country living in our charming home, boasting an open floor plan that bathes every corner in natural light. Recently remodeled, the kitchen and floors have been thoughtfully updated, with touches of rustic elegance inspired by an old barn in town that lend a cozy ambiance.

Step onto the stamped concrete patio just off the kitchen and soak in the serene views of the stocked pond, surrounded by a sprawling 7-acre yard that invites relaxation and outdoor adventures.

Indulge in the comfort of the master bedroom, complete with a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom featuring a separate shower and a luxurious soaking tub. Wake up to picturesque views in the guest bedroom and office, both thoughtfully positioned to overlook the captivating property. These rooms share the convenience of a second full bathroom within the house. Need extra space? Third bedroom comes with a bunk bed featuring a twin and full size mattresses.

Within an hour's drive, you'll find the thrilling slopes of Windham, Hunter, Belleayre and Plattekill ski areas, as well as cultural gems like the renowned Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame, Brewery Ommegang, the Farmer's Museum, and the Fenimore Art Museum. Embark on subterranean explorations at Howes Cavern and Secret Cavern or immerse yourself in the great outdoors at nearby state land locations ideal for hunting, fishing, and hiking.

For those visiting students, our location offers seamless access to Hartwick College, SUNY Cobleskill, Oneonta, Albany, and Delhi colleges. The ease of a drive ensures that your weekends with your students will be both convenient and memorable.

Main house if fully accessible except for a locked linen closet near the washer/dryer.



There is a 3-car garage around the rear of the house but recommend parking on the driveway roundabout in front of the house for easier access.
In winter months all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive is highly recommended.
Guests are asked to not enter the 3-seasons semi-attached room and chicken coop which are empty and in need of repairs.

Pets are welcome for a fee it’s $35 per stay up to two pets. Beyond that is $35 per pet per stay. Warning: yard is not fenced. (100ft leash hooked to deck)

The max allowed people staying overnight in home is 6. If your party has more than six you must have permission from host. ($50) per person per night fine for extra guests without permission.

No weddings or events without additional fees and permission.

Local wildlife includes bears and coyotes, so children and small pets should be supervised.
