Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Chartres, this charming studio of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accommodate to 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², equipped kitchen, a night space in the living room and a bathroom. WiFi included, we are waiting for you!

Cute place in a great location

An intimate and quiet place in the middle of the old town pedestrian district. Lots of nice shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, and just a quick walk to the cathedral and train station.

Le Grand St Aignan "Excellent stay for a couple of nights. The apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Very close to restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, shops and the cathedral. The kitchen had the basics for simple meals, but probably not enough for proper cooking. Communication with the hosts was smooth and easy. All in all, a great place to stay in Chartres!"

Le Grand St Aignan Very happy with this spot! Clean, very central, and the host answered all my questions very promptly and clearly. Chartres is a beautiful city. I was there on a short business trip and I’m very happy to have stayed here. There are many cool spots to eat or drink nearby, within walking distance. I would also suggest the the Moroccan restaurant on the corner! Top merci ?? I would stay here again.

Rustic charm

Excellent location, and a very interesting apartment with old world charm. We were only there for a couple of nights but enjoyed ourselves and exploring the town immensely. The check in was a little confusing but I chalk that up to us not speaking very good french but our host was very responsive in giving us directions on entering over the phone. As some have said in previous reviews the apartment might be challenging for older folks who have trouble with stairs but we found that part of the charm of the apartment. Our hosts were also very accommodating on our entrance and exit times which we really appreciated.

the appartment was terrible- it had a musty smell of humidity and mould- the toilet was so tiny and low, that it could be used only letting the door to the livingroom open- the spiral staircase was so narrow, that it was dangerous to mount it with a suitcase- the entrance hall of the house had a strong smell of cat's pisstherefore we couldn't and didn't use the apartment - we turned and left

Attention toutefois, l'accessibilite en voiture n'est pas simple ( il faut se garer sur un parking à 5 minutes à pied). Le logement est bien aménagé et tres propre.

Le Grand St Aignan "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement au cœur de Chartres. L'appartement est situé dans une résidence calme, à proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Il est propre, bien équipé et dispose d'une boîte à clés. Cependant l'appartement ne convient pas aux enfants et aux personnes âgées, il y a beaucoup de marches (avant et dedans pour accéder à l'entrée) sans barrière de sécurité. Le second lit se situe dans la ""mezzanine"" au dessus de l'entrée. Pour y accéder, il faut monter l'échelle en bois (accroché au mur) et ensuite se glisser au mieux sur le bord de la pièce. Pour descendre, il faut s'asseoir sur le rebord et attraper l'échelle. On peut être debout seulement dans l'accès de la poutre au milieu de la chambre. Du moins pour les personnes petites, je fais 1m53 et c'était tout juste. N'étant pas à l'aise avec le rebord et l'échelle, j'ai dormi en bas avec ma mère. Airbnb idéal pour personne seule ou en couple."

Le logement est idéalement placé dans Chartres on peut tout faire à pied. Petit plus pour le charme de l’appartement avec ses poutres et sa déco. Nous avons apprécié la literie. Seul bémol le stationnement un peu compliqué dans Chartres et payant mais Michel et Fanny nous ont donnés des conseils. Nous reviendrons sans problème dans ce logement !"

Le Grand St Aignan Sur Chartres pour raisons professionnelles, j’ai passé un agréable séjour de 10 jours. Le logement tient sa promesse et le propriétaire est réactif. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les radiateurs programmables qui maintenaient une température confortable alors qu’il faisait moins de 10 degrés dehors. A tester !

Le Grand St Aignan "Cet appartement a beaucoup de charme et il est super bien placé car il est au centre de la ville historique. Nous avons pu sans soucis la visiter à pied. Il faut monter un escalier dans l'appartement pour accéder à la pièce principale où on retrouve la cuisine très bien équipée, la salle à manger/salon et le coin chambre. Les toilettes sont petites et la salle de bain est faite pour accueillir 1 seule personne à la fois mais à 2 ce n'était pas gênant. Je recommande pour un week-end en amoureux !"
