Located on the first floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
– A 15 m² living area with a TV, a double sofa bed (140×190) and a dining area.
- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchenette including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A sleeping area with a bunk bed (two beds measuring 90×190).
– A bathroom with a bath and toilet.

Outside:
– A 3 m² west-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy sunny days.

The flat is ideally situated in Châtel, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
