Here's your Chatham summer home --- for a week, a month or possibly all summer long! Built in 2020, everything here is fresh, new and top of the line. Outdoor warm weather living doesn't get any better. Whether you're lounging on the expansive deck or travertine patio watching the kids splash in the heated saltwater pool, or firing up the built-in gas grill with granite counters to enjoy a perfect dinner al fresco. Later on, you'll want to gather around the handsome fire table for gazing at the stars. You'll also find a handy outdoor shower plus a sizable pool cabana.

Drive just four minutes to popular Oyster Pond Beach and 2 miles to Hardings Beach. Or leave the car at the house and take a short, easy walk up to Main Street – only six minutes to Mac's Fish & Lobster.

Inside this home you'll be charmed by the open floor plan with all brand new high-end furnishings, appliances and appointments. The sparkling chef's kitchen is right out of a magazine feature story, where practical functionality and beautiful design join forces to create a meal preparation experience you will long treasure.

The adjacent dining area elevates the cheery, open impression still more, as does the large living room with appealing, comfortable lounge seating and upscale appointments. This home has central air conditioning, high speed

WiFi, cable, as well as smart TV and a Sonos¼ sound system – all brand new.

The first of two primary room suites is on the main level. It is spacious and luxurious with a new king size bed. There's a roomy private full bath en-suite. The upper level serves up the other king master suite, full bath included. Upper level guest room with a king size bed. A flex bonus room has a private balcony with water views equipped with twin beds in addition to the king. There are 3.5 baths in all at the house.

Please enter your travel dates for up-to-date pricing. This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 245.00 In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.

Outstanding Property

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at 96 Pond View Avenue in Chatham. The home was so perfect for our family that we had a hard time leaving it to explore the area. Everything was perfectly appointed and we did not want for anything. The pool/backyard area was wonderful in every way. Would love to return to this property!

Great house and pool

The house is great for family and friend getaways. The pool was awesome!! Perfect size and temperature and had a pool cover for safety. Lovely outdoor fire pit and grill setup up for evening dinners and relaxing. Very spacious.

Family Getaway

We stayed at 96 Pond View for a small multi-generation family getaway and had a phenomenal time. The home is high-end and shows very well. We made a ton of use of the pool area each day, and the kids enjoyed. The home itself is relatively new and we had zero issues. Great location by Mac's Lobster (walkable) and easy to get to both Chatham and Harwich. The only ding was the gym equipment which was not wiped down and was sticky/sweaty. The elliptical was not plugged in either (couldn't find a cord). But that's not a deal breaker at all as we took care of the treadmill ourselves. What an incredible home, high end touches (Lynx bbq) and more.

A Dreamy Vacation Spot

Our stay in Chatham was wonderful. The open concept house is beautifully decorated, cozy and so well appointed. And the exquisite yard is stunning - manicured landscaping, ample and varied seating, a perfectly temperature-controlled pool. It’s a 5-star resort that we had all to ourselves. Check-in and check-out was easy and efficient too. Our stay was absolutely dreamy!

Seamless process and beautiful property. Owners stopped by on the first day to check in and make sure everything was okay! Gorgeous yard, incredible pool and amentities. So much space and plenty of rooms to host 10+. in a prime location on the cape with a quiet neighborhood. Only negative was some of the silverware was not cleaned and was in the drawer which was sort of gross to see but we cleaned it.

The property is everything you expect it to be. The yard has several spots for visiting and of course the amazing pool but still plenty of room to play with the kiddos. Close to so many restaurants and shops. We cannot wait to go back.

Great place. A few things for improvement

The house is new, it is very pretty, decoration is stunning and kitchen and bathrooms work perfect. The hot tub was not working. It was dirty and green we we opened and when they came to fix it the said it was going to take two days to fix it. And was part of why we chose the house. And also the BBQ was not cleaned and when we were going to use it it was a surprise to see how dirty it was.

Excelllent stay on cape cod!

I celebrated my 40th birthday with a few of my friends, and this was the perfect location. It was beautiful, clean, and everything that we wanted. We had the absolute best time and loved the accommodations. One small request would be to have a few more hand towels available in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Cannot wait for our next stay!

Great, relaxing stay for the family

We booked this house after having to cancel our trip to NOLA last minute given the Covid spike. Pretty Picky Properties was super responsive and made the entire booking and check in process easy. House was great - brand new, clean, well decorated. Location was awesome - very close to town, and we managed to find plenty to do even though it was off season. Would be excited to come back in the summer!

Thanksgiving getaway

We had a fantastic stay for a small family getaway for Thanksgiving. The house is very well done and the communication and check in process was fantastic. We had a 2 and 5 year old with us, as well as a 90yo, and found the house to be perfect for all. The location is great, very centrally located and on a small road off a main road to allow for short walks. We highly recommend this property.

A wonderful home for our family vacation

We spent a week here in June to kick off summer with our kids. This beautiful home is spacious, clean, and provided everything we needed for our vacation. The backyard area is perfect — we could’ve spent every day here alone! The location is excellent, close to tons of restaurants, the bike path & skate park, Oyster Pond, and only a few minute drive to a number of beaches. We never had any issues and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful home.
