The Space:
This modern 4-bedroom holiday home offers the perfect balance of countryside charm and town convenience. Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Cheltenham, right on the border of the Cotswolds, it provides easy access to picturesque walks from the doorstep while still being only minutes from Cheltenhamâs vibrant town centre. The racecourse is just a 5-minute drive, making this an ideal base.
Inside, the property has been newly refurbished throughout. The ground floor features a kitchen diner, fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you could need, including a coffee machine. Adjacent is a stylish living room with an additional formal dining area and a smart TV, creating the perfect space to gather together. If you do decide to travel by car, you'll find one space in the garage and one on the driveway. Free parking is also available on the street outside the house. Cyclists are also welcome to use the garage for storing bikes.
