Verbesserungswürdig: Sauberkeit
The cabinets are absolutely bare. The only thing it had was salt and pepper. The utensils were something you would find at the dollar tree. The pans no longer had the black non stick coating on them. The had scratches and unusable to cook in. They only had 5 spatulas to cook with no other cooking utensils. I had to by cooking spray, cooking utensils, I even had to buy a pot and a pan to cook in. They had no serving bowls or mixing bowls, I had to go buy those too. They did not have any cooking sheets to bake on, I had to buy that too. No complimentary anything! Downstairs sink had no running water. Washer was full of visible mold. Dryer had a broken vent, it put holes in the clothes we dried. They only had 2 glasses to drink from. The home had a strange odor to it. The completed basement flooded our second night there and by the looks of the empty room with the exception of a flood fan, mop and bucket it seems this is a very frequent situation. It was definitely needed a good cleaning. The pictures are deceiving because you definitely don’t get what you see in the least bit. The only positive was the owner was very quick to respond, especially since his father is the maintenance man who stays in the garage or somewhere on the property that was not disclosed. A truck was broke in the driveway because it wouldn’t start. Turns out it’s been sitting there for a long time now. Flat tire, expired tags. I have more pics than allowed to provide that documents all of my complaints.
