The Space:
As you step into the apartment from the street level, you'll ascend a flight of stairs to reach the main living level on the 2nd floor of the building. You'll be welcomed into a spacious and stylish living room featuring a large sectional sofa, chic accent wallpaper, and tasteful artwork. The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV and an electric wall-mounted fireplace.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining room that comfortably seats six. Beyond the dining room is the kitchen complete with a central island that has four bar stool seats. The updated kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. From the kitchen, step out onto the backyard porch, where you'll find an outdoor sofa and coffee table. Down the stairs of the back porch is the ground level courtyard where you'll find the grill. The main level also includes a full bathroom located between the kitchen and dining room. There are two bedrooms on this level: the primary bedroom features a double-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed that converts to a flat sleeping surface.
From the main level, there are two separate stair cases that will bring you to the top level of the apartment. The top level is a loft-style room that includes a TV and sofa, two twin beds, and a desk. A second full bathroom is also located on this level.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to whole 3-bedroom 2-bath duplex apartment and the back patio and ground level courtyard area. There is a locked owners closet located in the unit that cannot be accessed.
