Our two-story Old Town condo is a great place for all travelers to experience

our favorite neighborhood in Chicago! Enjoy the cozy living room, workspace,

and fully stocked chef's kitchen with open sight lines to the living/dining

area. The famous North and Wells intersection is just blocks away meaning easy

access to iconic Chicago spots like Second City comedy club and Old Town

nightlife. You will find our space well suited with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths; up

to 8 guests can sleep comfortably.

General Policies:



Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please

include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your

inquiry.



Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis

only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation

without refund.



Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full

duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone

else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.



Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all

posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps

like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.



City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.

**House Rules:**



Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following

rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a

refund.



1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.

3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.

4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.

5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.

6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.

7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.

* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.

* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.

* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

the management companies, all the layers of them (VRBO/AllSet/RedAwning/747 Lofts, woof), eventually did on OK job, but the communication was poor. had to press and call repeatedly to get check in info hours before arriving. and the method of ID verification very sketchy. so sketchy i wouldn't book with this company again. the property was...not a STUNNER. everything in the pictures was there in the place, but almost everything didn't _quite_ work. a fridge...with broken water and ice dispensers; a range...with a non-functional burner and that can barely boil water; two TVs...neither of which has the ability to play any content and are so old you can take a nap in between button presses. the street/train/neighbor noise was totally acceptable, but the HVAC and fans especially the downstairs bathroom fan) were very loud in other rooms. it is a fine place, you can host a family group, just don't expect opulence and be happy if you make it to comfort.

Comfortable and clean in an excellent location. Short walk to all the Old Town locations like Second City, Chicago History Museum and all the restaurants and stores along Wells St. well equipped and comfortable bed, lots of space in a quiet building. We enjoyed our stay here.

As advertised. Great location for what we wanted to do and where we went. Excellent restaurants right around the corner. Close to the red line and gold line. Rental was very clean and it was a great spot to stay for our visit.

Enjoyed our Chicago Stay

Just finished up a four night stay. It’s a great apartment, everything clean and nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Also one of the better stocked kitchens for rentals that we’ve seen. Old Town is also a great part of the city and it was easy to get around, with a train stop nearby and short drives downtown and north.

Great location & great for families

We were in Chicago for a week to explore various sights around downtown - exploring north & south... Science Museum, Navy Pier, Zoo, Bean, United Center, etc.We rented a vehicle, so it was 15-20 min drives to various attractions. Great price when comparing to similar places around / closer to downtown.Our family of 5 allowed for one shared room with the kids, and then individual rooms for everyone else. Three bathrooms was a game changer for our teens.re: Shared LivingThis is a shared living space - multiple units in the place.People upstairs - there are people upstairs and it is an old wood building. The people were quiet and living normally, but even walking around was quite noisy in the master bedroom.re: ParkingThe rental details clearly mentioned that parking could be a little difficult - which is true. Street parking was consistently full. There are permit-only parking spots which you have to be careful with the signs (We saw multiple cars ticketed / booted in the mornings). There are a few lots close, but definitely check out the prices and need to budget for that - 20-30 a night can add up quite quickly.re: L TrainWe didn't use the L Train, but there is a station a few min walk away... but also note that the train track is 30-40 feet away. So train noise is 24/7.re: KitchenHas most everything you need, but missing a baking sheet & proper oven mitts (tough to re-heat the delicious pizza!)Overall - loved it!

The house looks just like the pictures. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Great location. However, we were concerned bc the deadbolts on two doors didn’t lock. Also, the bathroom floors were not super clean, as if the cleaners just pushed around dust and hair.

Great location

We loved our stay in Old Town! Close to many fabulous restaurants and bars. Live music in the evenings. Short walk to Magnificent Mile or short Lyft ride to south end museums. This condo was very clean and quiet. Plenty of space for our adult family of 7!
