The Entertainment and Activity offering changes throughout the year depending upon season. All other facilities available weekends and main school holidays (outside of these periods the opening times may vary).

Group Bookings/Party Types



If you are a single sex party or group booking please telephone us to check availability. Unfortunately we do not allow stag/hen or work parties as we are a family orientated park.





Arrival Information



Commercial vehicles are not accepted on park, this applies to all vans, large transits, flat bed vans, lorries. camper vans and anything which is sign written.



A telephone number and email address is required on ALL bookings as the park are operating a contactless check-in procedure so need to be able to contact customers in advance.





Facilities



There will be a ticket only event on New Year’s Eve, prices TBC.



Pushchairs - Due to fire regulations these are not permitted in the clubhouse. There are limited baby carrier seats available at the club reception, these are 50p per night and there is a £10 deposit if you are not leaving a pushchair in exchange.

From the A27 Chichester Bypass, turn onto the B2145 to Selsey (8 miles). Once in Selsey, turn right into School Lane, Right into Paddock lane, first left into Warners lane, reception is on your right.

There is no entertainment during the week for the month of November (it is only during the weekend). This is until the school holidays start (16th December), when midweek entertainment will commence.

We are doing a New Years eve party in all our 3 venues which is available to book through the Seal Bay App this is a payable event, could you please let customers know that book for New Year’s Eve, details below:

Bring in the new year in style at our iconic annual NYE party. Timed to get ready for the party of the year. We have a full evening of live entertainment to bring in the New Year like no other. The year we have made some changes. The price will include 6 drinks vouchers of your choice for any single measure, any draught pint or soft drink, any single spirit with mixer, all non-alcoholic drinks, wine, prosecco and much more. Kids get to choose from soft drinks, popcorn, and lots of other snacks.
