The Sails a beautifully presented chalet bungalow with

A beautifully presented 3 bed chalet bungalow set in a quiet private road very close to East Wittering beach. Open plan kitchen dining room opening through bifold doors to a mature garden with outside bar, seating ,2 patios and with the option of use of the hot tub. East Wittering village is just an 8 minute walk away with all of its shops, bars and pub.
The space
The Sails can sleep up to 9 people in 3 bedrooms. Bedroom one has a super king bed with a double sofa bed. Bedroom two has a king bed with a single chair bed. Bedroom three which is on the ground floor has the option of either a super king bed or 2 single beds. There is a travel cot available for use if requested which can be put in any of the bedrooms.
There is an upstairs bathroom with walk-in shower and separate roll top bath and WC. Downstairs is a wet room with shower and WC.
There is an open plan kitchen, diner and living area and a separate cozy snug room.
Guest access
The whole house and garden is accessible for guests
Other things to note
The hot tub can be available for use, but there is an additional charge of £80 per stay to cover the costs of emptying, cleaning, filling, and heating prior to your stay and afterwards.

There are bodyboards, buckets and spades, crabbing lines and a water pistol for guests to help themselves to.

There are also beach towels available to hire with an additional charge (£5 per towel) if you would like to use these. These must be requested prior to arrival (Bath towels are included in the cleaning charge)
