Spectacular 6-bedroom house with pool on the beachfront of la Barrosa, 15 minutes away from Chiclana de la Frontera, Cádiz. This 3 floor house it’s fully equipped to offer a comfortable and relaxed stay.

The house has two principal accesses and another one in the garage zone. By the entrance, to the left, we can see the living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a Smart TV and a dining area for 8 people. From the living room we can leave to the terrace, which has a dining area with a table for 8 and a seating area. Then, we can find the pool with a rest area equipped with 4 deckchairs, a barbecue and direct access to the beach.

Coming back to the house, we can see next to the living room that there is the kitchen. Back to the entrance, in front of the door there is a bathroom with a double sink and a shower. Lastly in this floor, to the right, there is the first of the bedrooms, with a double bed, and a built-in closet.
Going down the stairs next to the entrance, we get to the ground floor. To the right there’s a spacious bedroom with a sofa, two armchairs, two single beds and a built-in closet. Next to the bedroom, to the left, we can find the laundry room and a bathroom with a shower. On the same floor, we have another bedroom with a sofa, a double bed and a built-in closet. On this floor we have access to the private garage with room for 4 cars.

Back to the stairs, we go up to the second floor of the house. On this floor we can find a hall and, to the left, there is a bathroom with a bathtub. Next to this, there is a bedroom with two single beds and access to a terrace with an ocean view. To the right, we can find the master bedroom, with a double bed, a dressing room, en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace with seating area and an ocean view. Lastly, we have a third bedroom on this floor, with two single beds and a built-in closet.

This stunning house it’s located on the beachfront of La Barrosa, Cádiz, where we can find crowded areas like the promenade, full of bars and restaurants where we can enjoy the best fish of Cadiz and the best dishes of Andalusian cuisine. In this area we can find some peaceful places too, with sand dunes and pine forests. In the surrounding area there are golf courses, viewpoints where you can watch the beautiful sunset and historical places like the Castillo de Sancti Petri.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
