New house, relaxing countryside home with pool

Summary:

The house can accommodate up to 10 people and offers the following: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, separate dining room with large fireplace and a well equipped kitchen. The dining area opens out on to a beautiful decked area, with outside kitchen area, great dining and lounge spaces and views over the countryside. The house is surrounded by gardens, and, in front is the decked pool area with a lovely shaded space perfect for lazy days around the pool (mid-june to mid-september depending the weather).



The Space:

Tablecloths, tea towels, bath mats are included.

Bed and bath linen is not included in the price, as our guests generally like to save the cost of this. However, we do offer an optional full set of bed and bath linen for 230€ incl. tax per stay. This can be ordered and paid for after booking.

A compulsory "intermediate cleaning" fee is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two tenants. The house must not be left dirty when the tenants leave, we ask our tenants to leave the house as they found it when they arrived (kitchen and sanitary facilities clean, fridge and cupboards emptied, no trace of dirt apparent, bins removed, etc.).

People who not want to worry about the cleaning before their departure, we offer a "complete cleaning" package which will be charged at 25€/hour For this accommodation, the amount of this package is an additional 100€.
