Only steps away, you will find a fabulous playground, pier for fishing and crabbing, tennis and basketball courts, and a boat launch ideal for launching kayaks, as well as boats.

Just imagine enjoying your morning coffee on the Deck while watching Herons and Egrets dance over the Assateague Channel. Or stroll down to the dock to try your hand at fishing and crabbing. And you can enjoy a glass of pinot while watching the kids safely playing at the playground, just across the lane from the house.

As you pull into the drive, you’re already thinking this will be anything but a boring vacation - there’s so much to do mere steps from the house! Grill the Fresh Catch of the Day, which hopefully YOU caught, on the Charcoal Grill, and dine in the comfort of Central AC, or Al-Fresco on the Outdoor Picnic Table - also a great place to have a Crab Feast! Or, if the mood strikes you, wander down the street to Etta’s Channelside Restaurant, or super popular Mr. Baldy’s. Just off the Kitchen, you’ll find a convenient Half Bath, and Full Size Washer and Dryer.

Channel View Charmer sleeps 8 more than comfortably in 3 Bedrooms - 2 of which are upstairs. Bedroom 1, on the 1st Floor, has a comfy Queen Bed and a fun Nautical Theme. Wandering upstairs, you’ll find 2 more Bedrooms, each with 1 Full and 1 Twin Bed, with Bedroom 3 also having Flat Screen Streaming TV. A shared Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo sits between the 2 Bedrooms.
