• 4 Bedrooms: 1 single bed, twin over twin bunk beds, 2 queen bedrooms and 1 king bedroom

• 2 full bathrooms - with stand up showers

• Fully equipped kitchen w/grill on the lower level patio

• Living area and basement area with futon, recliner chair, and Smart TV w/Roku

• High speed WIFI

• Central air/heat

• Keyless entry

• Ring doorbell on outside of door.



Guest Access:

To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.

The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:

* Signing of rental agreement

* ID and selfie uploads



Guests will enjoy exclusive access to this home steps away from Chippewa Lake. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include kayak rentals (Available May 10-Nov 1, subject to availability), a shared fire pit, shared Gazebo area with indoor/outdoor seating, and a sandy 80 foot waterfront with 2 docks. Please note these amenities are shared with the cabins

Getting Around:

Chippewa Lake is best navigated by car, offering the flexibility to explore the surrounding areas. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available but limited. For public transportation, nearby Big Rapids provides bus services connecting to larger cities. Enjoy easy access to local attractions with convenient parking at the property.

• You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes:

-Signing the rental agreement

-ID and selfie uploads

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).

• Discounts applied automatically:

-15% off for stays 7+ nights

-30% off for stays 30+ nights

• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.

• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.

• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.

• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb, Expedia & Booking.com).

• Pets:

-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).

-Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions.

-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas. $150 fee applies if pet waste is not cleaned up.
