A newly modernised 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom bungalow style villa, just 400 meters to the beautiful Bang Tao beach.

The bungalow is set in a quiet cul-de-sac in a pleasant neighbourhood.

There are 2 king size bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and a twin room with 2 single beds, also with an en-suite bathroom.

There is a spacious kitchen with full cooking utensils for allowing guests to cook if you wish. There is also a large comfortable lounge with open plan dining area, sofa and a smart TV.

At the rear of the property is a small garden area where guests can sit and chat and prepare a BBQ if you wish to.

The space is clean, comfortable and excellent value for money for a group of up to 8 people, either family or friends.

Guests have full access to the entire villa and do not share any space with any other guests.

Guests can also have access to the local Baan Puri Apartments resort, which boasts a large swimming pool and gym. This comes at an additional fee. Please ask if this is of interest to you.

You are given your own personal villa manager, who will be responsible for taking care of your every need, from shopping, organising activities, cooking etc for you. This service is factored into the price guests pay.

We all live very close to the villa so in case of anything you need we can come quickly to you and assist in any emergency also.

Please note, guests pay for electricity, which is standard practice for villa rentals in Thailand.

The guest is given a meter reading on check in and check out and charged government price of 7 THB per unit.
