Ground Floor
The ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space. A heat pump keeps the area warm year-round. The sofa bed is located in the living room, ideal for additional guests. Step outside to your private patio — a great spot to relax.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom sits between the two bedrooms.

Laundry
A washer/dryer machine is located on the ground floor for your convenience.

Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, including the patio and off-street car park.

One off-street parking space is included and reserved for your stay on the premises.

Please note the bedrooms are located upstairs and accessed via stairs.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for $10/hour (up to 2 hours), subject to availability.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
