Come Sail Away and relax at our beautifully remodeled 2Br/2Ba condo on the beach

This 2Br/2Ba condo is directly located on the ocean. Located on the 2nd floor of building. Air conditioning in living room & both bedrooms. Centrally located on the north side of the island, only 30 minutes to either side of St. Croix, only 10 minutes away from the famous Downtown Boardwalk in Christiansted where you can relax, have a drink & eat at one of the variety of restaurants while watching the sailboats come in & out of the marina. There are many water sport activities available: sailing, windsurfing, snorkeling (there is a man made tire reef next door which draws in a large variety of fish), scuba diving, kiteboarding, kayaking, deep sea fishing to name a few. Colony Cove resort can help you plan your excursions as they provide a lot of brochures for you to look over.

We can accommodate up to 6 people. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. We have a pack-in-play, highchair & stroller available for your little one. There is also a wii & dvd player for those days you decide to stay in. If you have a bigger party, our neighbor next to us on the same floor is willing to work out bookings if she has an opening so you can be together.

St. Croix has many restaurants to satisfy any type of cuisine, many right on the water for you to enjoy the ocean view. If you decide to stay in, we have a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs or making your tropical drinks. There are 2 grocery stores within a mile making it easy to get a variety of fresh foods.

The Caribbean waters have been experiencing a higher volume of sargassum (seaweed) in the past few years. It is most prevalent during the hottest times of the year (June, July August). We want to make our guests aware that this is unpredictable as a large amount can give off an unpleasant smell. Obviously, this situation is out of our control and as a result we can not offer refunds for this.

Great place to stay. Good central location for our stay on St Croix. Easily able to visit other parts of the island from this location. Host responded quickly to any questions that we had. Complex is older but is kept up well. All public areas are easily accessible and are well maintained. Condo unit recently remodeled and has all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. Nice pool area that is clean with enough seating, in the sun or shade, for anybody that wanted to hang out at the pool. Pool area a very social area for meeting owners and other guests. Would stay here again.

Host was very responsive and location was within a few minutes of downtown Christiansted. There were plenty of beach accessories which made exploring St. Croix that much easier not having to worry about renting. Only downside was the lackluster showers with low water pressure and never really got up to a pleasant temperature. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation

The condo had anything we might need for our one week stay. I definitely overpacked, but Kathy provides so much... Check out the guest book right away. Rent a car and explore the island.Grocery store nearby and we cooked quite a bit. The condo was beautiful, just like the pictures. The complex was gorgeous. The grounds, pool, beach, and the people living there were all very inviting. My two teens, my husband and I were quite comfortable here.

Amazing!

Absolutely stunning and exactly as described. Very clean and fully stocked with everything you will ever need. The snorkeling gear came in handy with the beach just steps from the condo. The pool was refreshing and the people were so friendly. Kathy was extremely responsive, but we didn’t have any issues during our stay there. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

Overall Great Location

Kathy was very responsive. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the home. I messaged Kathy and she immediately responded, not to mention she was very solution focused. The condo is in a convenient location and has a nice tiki bar at the neighboring property. Check-in was super easy. The home is well equipped. After a couple of days of being there, the house smelled a bit of sewage type water, which is likely attributable to piping. The shower pressure is not amazing but it works to clean off after a day of beach hopping. The hall restroom is small, if you have wide hips using the toilet is not comfortable. The home is good for family visits as it is well-equipped with items for adults and children for the beach. Kathy has a beautiful home and makes sure that there are cleaning and kitchen supplies, along with just about anything you could need for the beach.

"Perfect Family Getaway with Excellent Amenities in St. Croix

We had an amazing family vacation at this condo Come Sail Away in St. Croix! The place was absolutely perfect for us. The condo had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms. The pool and beach access were fantastic, and we spent a lot of time enjoying both. The condo was very clean and well-maintained. When we had a minor issue with one of the appliances, the owner responded quickly and took care of it without any hassle. The air conditioning kept the condo cool and comfortable throughout our stay, and we appreciated having reliable WiFi and cable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and can't wait to come back. Our family will definitely be staying here again!

Excellant Vacation Condo

The Condo was more than expected. Small view of the ocean, nice view of the pool and gardens. The grounds workers seemed to work constantly, very clean resort. The Condo was equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, board games, cooler, pool noodles so many extras to count. I even saw a adult walker in the closet. LOL Kitchen well stocked with kitchen cooking items even water bottles for your hikes or beach trip. The seaweed had washed on shore on this side of the island which left a horrible, horrible smell. Suggest some candles and room spray for the condo. Poo pori worked great for the bathroom that has no door that leads to the master bedroom. Great place for a family to enjoy the islands. Communication with the owner was excellent.

The property owners were great! Communication was wonderful! The unit has been very nicely remodeled. There were so many “extras” in the unit to make your stay and time on the island great. They left coffee, rum, toiletry kits if you forgot anything. There were snorkels, fins, beach chairs, bags, coolers, games for kids and adults. Towels, beach towels, extra blankets. Gated condo area. The pool was drained when we were there, but we would not have used it. We had a great time and the unit was perfect! Thank you!!!

Great family get-away

This is the perfect layout for a young family of five. We had all three of our girls (ages 7, 8, 12) so the bunk room was perfect. The unit also was well equipped with items/toys for young children, as well as a fully stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Do be aware of the owner's comments about the smell from the algae. It was strong at times but did not hinder our stay. The immediate area is a little industrial, but not noticed when inside the resort. The location was also ideal for reaching almost anywhere on the island in 30 minutes or less.

Fantastic beautiful Condo!

My 20+ year old daughter and I stayed here for 8 days and loved it! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Location was convenient. Grocery store less than half mile away. Easy access to Frederiksted and Christiansted. Condo was beautifully decorated and new/updated. Loaded and well stocked in the kitchen and also with beach toys, accessories, beach chairs and snorkel gear (we brought our own though). Kitchen had incredible spices and all necessary condiments. Was very pleased with how the owners thought of every possible convenience/necessity a traveler and visitor might need! Fabulous - would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home!
