The Space
Our sun-filled 3-bedroom home sleeps 6 guests across two queen beds and one full bed, with one second-floor full bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen offers ample countertop space where you can prepare a home-cooked meal while your travel companions join you. Enjoy your meals at the large dining room table or step outside on the brand new 200 sq ft deck and eat at our 8 person picnic table while taking in the view.
After a day exploring the great outdoors or venturing into the city, curl up on the living room sofa with a good book, or indulge in a quick snooze to refresh and recharge. Log on to the ultra-fast WiFi or watch your favorite movies on the smart TVs in the living and dining room.
Working from home? We have a workspace/desk in the master bedroom ready for you to plug and play (work). On nice days, feel free to setup your laptop on our front porch or back deck as our WiFi range easily reaches both.
Guests also have access to an in-home washer and dryer in the basement (upon request).
The Bedrooms:
We have one large bedroom (the master) with a queen bed and balcony, and two smaller bedrooms (one queen sized bed and one full sized bed). All three bedrooms have brand new ceiling fans, central A/C and heat, and white noise machines.
The master bedroom has a desk and 43" Roku TV that can be used as an external monitor or to enjoy your favorite streaming services.
Both of the smaller bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and new smart Roku projectors. These operate with the same software as a Roku TV and allow you to project your favorite shows and movies onto the wall (once you login to your streaming services).
Notes:
-The home sits adjacent to Columbia Parkway, so light road noise may be audible in front-facing rooms.
-This home only has 1 bathroom, located on the second floor.
- The fireplace is not functional.
Parking & Access
Check-in is seamless via keypad lock — no key exchange needed. Free off-street driveway parking plus street parking right out front.
The Neighborhood
Columbia-Tusculum is Cincinnati’s oldest neighborhood, and our home is right in the heart of it. Tucked on a quiet dead-end street, you’re steps from the neighborhood’s stretch of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars along Eastern Avenue. Everything is completely walkable. The Little Miami Bike Trail, Lunken Airport trail system, and the Ohio River are minutes away on foot or by bike. Columbia Tusculum’s Victorian architecture, tight-knit community feel, and proximity to Mt. Lookout, Hyde Park, and downtown make it one of Cincinnati’s most sought-after spots for visitors who want to actually live the city rather than just pass through it.
