This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor & outdoor swimming pools & evening entertainment program. Also, a childrens activities program and 2 outdoor play areas.

In the park are lots of things for you to do. There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a cafe; Passes to use the resort facilities are included in the resort fee charged with this booking.

This is a luxury home with a Private Hot Tub, and a full kitchen including, Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, and Dishwasher- The washig machine and extra sink are in a seperate untility room.

TV's in the Lounge and Master Bedroom Table and chairs inside for a cozy family meal.

There are 2 bedrooms - one with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room. The other has 2 3ft beds. Both bedrooms have ample storage space. There is an additional family shower room which is accessible from the hallway or twin bedroom

Hoburne Cotswold will be starting extensive development of their facilities, bringing a brand-new indoor pool and soft play area in 2024.

The work for this starts on 6th November 2023 and is expected to run until mid-late May 2024.
