The beautiful and cozy vacation villa is nestled in a 3,000-square-meter garden with a pond, lush with greenery and with the large swimming pool serving as the property`s crown jewel.
From the pool area, complete with sun loungers and deck chairs for the solarium, there is an exceptional view of the Valle d`Itria. Next to it, a beautiful wooden gazebo in the shade of trees is a relaxing oasis of shade.
A large veranda with a wooden canopy is
furnished for outdoor dining thanks to the square table and wooden
benches, and equipped with a useful electric oven built into the wall.
The first unit consists of a large living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and dining room from which there is access to the kitchen. The sleeping area of this main unit consists of 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, and completed by 1 shower room.
The second unit is an annex with living area and double sofa bed, plus en suite shower room.

Villa Terranea is located in the countryside of Cisternino,
one of the characteristic towns of the Valle d`Itria. The center is
only 3 km from the vacation villa with swimming pool. In town are
preseti all the main services, a beautiful historic center that is worth
a visit, as well as the famous butcher`s shops renowned for their
typical cuisine.
Nearby are other beautiful towns, all worth discovering, such as Ostuni, which is only 10 km away, Martina Franca about 12 km and Locorotondo 12 km. The nearest beaches are those of the award-winning Ostuni coastline, just 17 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
