Surrounded by a beautiful landscaped garden, Villa Tierrsol is set within the Ciutadella resort of the west coast of Menorca. A shaded terrace, private swimming pool, and outdoor alfresco dining facilities allow you to soak up the sun from dusk till dawn.
Spacious and comfortable, this two-storey villa boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms with air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout the property. Inside Villa Los Sanchez the décor is traditional following with a terracotta colour palette and bright orange tinted wooden accents. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher so you can cook up a feast for the whole family. In the living room, a flat screen TV ensures around the clock entertainment.
Just a short walk from restaurants, cafés, and beaches, this villa is an ideal holiday retreat.
**Please note, when booking through the website, the maximum occupancy for Villa Tierrasol is 6 people. The 7th guest can be added on at an additional cost.
To access the villa there is a path which is 80cm, there are no steps but there is a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 180cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled with patches of lawn. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor twin bedrooms doors are 70cm wide, whilst the shower room door is 60cm wide. There are 16 steps to the first floor. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 80cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 200cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
