Between sky and sea, we are in a classic seaside town in the Marche where two distinct souls merge: on the one hand the seaside one with its seafront, palm trees, chalets, entertainment and on the other the historical one; quieter and more private, far from prying eyes, nestled on a hill full of ancient villages, hidden alleys and breathtaking panoramic views.
Location: noble apartment in an exclusive position, located in the heart of Civitanova's seafront, where you can easily reach all the main services such as bars, supermarkets and chalets on foot.
Description: Brand new noble apartment with wonderful terrace, built with Teak wood, where we can admire not only the wonderful seafront but also the ''Civitanova Lighthouse'', one of the most iconic architectural works of the Marche municipality. The terrace is complete with table, chairs and deckchairs where you can spend unique moments in total relaxation. At the entrance there is a large living room completely renovated with resin flooring, finely furnished with a glass table where you can eat, sofa and TV. New open space kitchen with induction hob, oven and dishwasher. After passing the kitchen we access the sleeping area where we find the master bedroom with double bed, TV and private access to the terrace. Continuing we have a modern bathroom with an elegant design, suspended sanitary ware and glass shower cubicle. Subsequently we find the second bedroom complete with a single bed with private access to the terrace and the third bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom complete with glass shower cubicle, suspended sanitary ware and private access to the terrace. Air conditioning. Washing machine. Animals are not allowed.
