The Alderwood Lodge is a stunning, high-end newly constructed lodge-style home is located on a cul-de-sac on the 6th hole of the Arnold Palmer Signature Prospector Golf Course. With 4517 square feet, this custom home can comfortably accommodate as many as 12. It is ideally situated within the heart of Suncadia Resort and is a short distance from the Lodge, Inn, Spa, Winery and Resort Restaurants and Amenities. The home features 5 en suite master bedrooms with high-quality custom furniture. Sorry, no pets please. We strive to keep our home immaculate for our guests. Additional amenities include 8 indoor and 1 outdoor tv, a hot tub, sauna, 2 fireplaces, outdoor living spaces include a fire pit and a fire table, outdoor dining, and with outdoor heaters upstairs and down, as well as a full entertainment level with a Ping Pong Table, 16' Shuffleboard Table, a Pool Table, Bar and Movie area.

Upper Level:
The upper level features 3 en suite Master Bedrooms w/ King Beds. Two of the suites have Private Decks with views of the Golf Course and the Golf Course Lake. The third suite is a large bedroom featuring a Shower and Bathtub. This upper floor also includes a Loft area with Office Desk. There is high speed wireless internet throughout.

Main Floor:
The main floor great room features a large floor-to-ceiling gas Fireplace, soaring 25-foot ceilings, a Gourmet Kitchen with a pro-style Gas Range, two large sinks, Two Dishwashers, and Two Ovens. The dining area has a large custom Dining Table that comfortably seats 12. The living and dining area connects to a large wrap-around outdoor deck with a natural gas BBQ, fire table, fireplace and outdoor dining area with seating for 12, outdoor heaters, and views of the lake and golf course. There is also a main floor en suite master bedroom with king bed that connects to its own deck area with an outdoor fireplace and seating area.

Lower Level:
On the lower entertainment level you will be treated to a pool table, ping-pong table, 16 foot shuffleboard table, bar, sauna and hot tub. Additionally, there is a garage door that opens to an outdoor living area with fire pit, outdoor heater and a TV creating an incredible indoor/outdoor living experience. This level also features an en suite master with king bed, as well as a 6th sleeping area with full-sized wall bed.

The house itself is truly incredible. So warm and welcoming - great stocked kitchen. The surroundings were gorgeous. We loved the in-suite bathroom set up. Also bonus: pool table, ping pong and shuffleboard are inside versus in a cold garage like normal. We had different than normal communication with the host (doesn’t communicate via the VRBO app), but it all worked out, so it’s okay. Highly recommend this property.

The house was super clean, comfortable, and had everything you could possibly want/need. I had a group of girls here to celebrate my birthday and we had the best time. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom and there were many balconies to sit on. The house was stocked with everything your home would be stocked with which alleviated stress when it came to forgetting to pack little things such as ziploc bags, serving trays, etc. Owner instructions were clear and easy to read/understand. All in all, the house was amazing and very well priced for the amenities. All the girls want to rent this place in the future. We will definitely be back!

A stunning, serene home, on a quiet cul-de-sac, that is very accurate to the description. Everything in the home was top notch, very clean, and well maintained; the kitchen had every utensil and appliance we needed, and there is double of everything (2 sinks, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 washers/dryers). With five bedrooms, each with a bathroom, it allowed our 10 adults to each have their own room and bathroom, which was wonderful. The gaming room was a hit with billiards, ping pong, and shuffleboard. The hosts were great, responded promptly to our questions and needs, and even brought a folding table in advance of our stay upon request. We saw deer, turkeys, and squirrels walk through the property as we sat out on the deck with the fire tables. We cannot rate this VRBO highly enough; stay here! Thank you for allowing our family to have a wonderful vacation!

Girls weekend

We stayed here for my sister Bachelorette! We were looking for a relaxing weekend, and we had a fantastic time using the hot tub and sauna. The property is beautiful with so much space and massive rooms for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen was a great addition since had a pizza making night, the two ovens came in handy. 10/10 would come back and recommend! The only thing I would say could be added was screens to the windows, we wanted to have the windows open at night to let some fresh air in but since they didn’t have screens we didn’t want to have bugs flying in. Not a big deal, just would be a nice add in the bedrooms.

Amazing

It's rare that a property is better in person than in the photos, but this one is. Beautiful home, fantastic semi-secluded location, and all bedrooms are large with their own bathrooms. Extremely well provisioned kitchen and bar, very responsive and friendly owners... just can't say enough good things. We'll be back for sure!

Family vacation

We have stayed in many homes at Suncadia and this one is our favorite so far. The home is gorgeous and has a lot of room to spread out. My teenage daughters were thrilled to each have their own king suite. We cooked several meals in the kitchen. Having two ovens and two dishwashers made cooking and cleaning up much easier. The house was extremely clean and all beds were super comfortable. We would love to stay here again!!
