As you enter the home you’ll be inspired by the large, open-concept, great room with soaring ceilings, a gas fireplace, comfortable sectional, and a 70” Smart TV w/sound bar. This room opens up to the spacious covered patio with a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, outdoor dining, and a large hot tub and swim spa. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the golf course views when staying at this home! (The hot tub is kept at 102+, and the larger spa at 85 for children)

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts premium stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a oversized island prep area with seating for 4. The dining table is just steps away and it seats 6 comfortably.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The 1st main floor master has a king bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a beautiful tile shower, large soaking tub, and dual sinks.
* The 2nd main floor master has a queen bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a tub/shower combo.
* The main floor bunk room is furnished with two sets of twin/twin bunks.
* The upper floor master has a queen bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath with a tile shower.
* The upper floor quest bedroom features a queen bed, and a smart TV.
* The upper floor bunk room boasts two sets of twin/twin bunks, a twin daybed, with a twin trundle. This room sleeps 6. The kids will enjoy the huge 65” smart TV.

** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, please park all your cars on the paved driveway. There is parking for about 5 cars in the driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
**The home is protected with external security cameras at the front of the house.
