This condo was very nice. The natural wood interior and granite countertops were beautiful. The fireplace was great
 you just switched on the timer and viola, a warm fire appeared.The shower stream was nice and strong.The lighting in the living room was not strong, but raising the luvre blinds did the trick. We were able to cook our two nice meals as the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, everything we needed.The coffee pot was on a timer, so we woke up to hot coffee. The beds were clean and comfortable.Also, this condo was close to the main lodge, and the great walking trails around the lodge.

Our stay was great! The condo was clean upon arrival, this is our second time stay at this exact condo and we loved it! Easy entrance in the bottomfloor! There are some minor upkeep tasks that need to be addressed! Overall we loved our stay and will definitely be back next year!

Amazing location- condo backs to the golf course which was so fun for a snowy weekend! Fantastic layout- the two bedrooms and baths are on separate sides of the kitchen which is excellent for travel w kids or two couples. Well stocked- had everything we needed. Price couldn’t be beat! We had family rent another condo in trailhead 2- same layout, almost twice the cost(!!) only downside was the 10am checkout but we knew that going in and was worth it for the price. We come to Cle Elum every Christmas time and will now check if this is available first. Thank you for making our family weekend a great one!

The condo was spacious and cute. It was not very clean and is in need of a makeover. There were dirty glasses in the cupboard, debris on the carpet, stains on the carpet (like bleach near the laundry room). The bathroom lighting is horrible and the washcloths need to be replaced. Did not have that just cleaned smell. The TV in the living room has shot speakers or it’s 20 years old, sounds awful. Missing remote for TV in queen room. Walls and corners have multiple dings and scratches on them. Outdoor patio set was dirty, had to wipe it down myself. Check in/out was easy. Again, cute and spacious condo but it needs to be updated.

We loved this condo! Especially the heated floors. My best friend really enjoyed the unique bath tub. It was nice to take a stroll around Suncadia and see a lot of deer. Very pretty foliage around the property. The hot tub is open year round, the pool is not. Easy to check in and out.

My wife summed it up best.."next time, if there is a next time, we are staying in the lodge". Cleanliness was main problem.1) Dirty paper towel bedside nightstand2) A clump of someone's hair in the sheets of the bed3) Toilet scrub brush looks like it had just been used if you get my drift4) A bug flew out of coffee maker when I went to make coffee......nope!5) Decorative Bed pillow had a big sweat stain on it.Then... (this isnt VRBO fault but adds to overall trip enjoment)CleElum shuts down on Mon and Tues. Nothing was open for my anniversary dinner...we ended up having to eat at WENDY's ! (OK the frosty was good.)We could have eaten at the lodge again..but it was breaking the bank. We had Breakfast there...in the bar... since the dining room was closed. But 80 for Breakfast gives you an idea of what dinner would have been like.

We booked this unit for a short weekend stay and chose it specifically because it advertised A/C. When we arrived, the unit was 78F and only got hotter. Despite multiple messages to Vacasa starting the evening we checked in, the issue was never resolved and the temperature never dropped below 78F for the entirety of our stay.We heard from Vacasa that their local team had been notified, but no one ever came. The airflow was so minimal it was impossible to sleep comfortably. A basic amenity that was a key reason we booked this property was non-functional, and we received no in-person support. For the price we paid (nearly 900 for two nights), this was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.This unit might be fine during cooler seasons, but I would not recommend booking it in summer or relying on Vacasa’s support if something goes wrong. We’ve requested a refund and hope Vacasa takes this feedback seriously, because guests deserve to feel comfortable in the space they paid for.

Lack of Communication and Poor Heat

When we arrived our unit was 60 degrees and the HVAC system was not heating. We turned up the thermostat, but after an hour, the temp didn't go up in the unit. We called and were told a local person would call us back. Two hours later (9:00 PM) I received a message stating that they couldn't make it out tonight. We found the breaker panel and reset the breakers listed for the HVAC system and got the heat to work. The listing stated that 2 parking spaces were included with our unit. There were no parking spaces available both nights we were there. After receiving a "Courtesy Ticket" the first night, I called the second night to ask where we were supposed to park. I was told there was a parking lot down the street between our lodge and the main lodge, there was not. There were at least 5 or 6 lights that were either burnt out of didn't work. We will never us Vacasa again.

We had a fabulous time, this was our first time to suncadia and we loved it! The condo was clean upon arrival with easy check in instructions (we even got an early checkin of 12 pm). It was located right next to an awesome sledding hill, ice skating and the pool! We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

This is a spacious and comfortable place. The location was great, walkable path to the views from The Lodge. Plenty of room for all we needed, and nice TV options, good Wi-Fi. They had a nice Welcome bag and plenty of towels and other essentials. Fireplace was a nice touch. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and convenient for a wedding we attended in Cle Elum. As others mentioned, the condo is located on the first floor so it can be somewhat noisy but we enjoyed the location because it was close to the entrance and pool.
