The large, U-shaped driveway makes arrival a breeze, offering plenty of parking space for vehicles and any boat trailers or outdoor gear you bring along.

Perfect for large groups and multi-generational families, this spacious home comfortably accommodates everyone with four bedrooms—featuring one king, three queens, and a fun mix of full, twin, and bunk beds—plus three bathrooms making morning routines quick and easy.

Inside, you can unwind with a good book, enjoy group meals in the open dining areas, or settle in around the table for a fun night of board games. Central air conditioning keeps the house cool, making it easy to relax and enjoy your time together.


Outside, you can relax on the patio—complete with a grill, dining table, and a comfortable lounge area featuring an outdoor sofa and chairs. Beyond the patio, a 1-acre yard offers endless space for your favorite lawn games.

The real highlight of your stay is the seamless, year-round access to Briggs, Julia, and Rush Lakes right from your backyard. There is a public access point nearby, so feel free to bring along your boat and favorite water toys. You'll have two dock spaces with bumpers ready for you, plus an outlet to charge batteries on shore. Cast a line into one of Briggs Lake’s prime fishing spots right from your private dock, or use our two complimentary kayaks, two paddle boards, and pedal boat to explore the water.

After a thrilling summer day, you can gather around the brand-new lakeside bonfire pit to share stories and roast marshmallows under the stars.

Accessibility Note: This is a multi-level home with exterior entry steps and interior stairs connecting the primary living spaces. The path from the backyard to the lake features a gently sloping, rolling lawn.

Guest Access & Exclusions: While you will enjoy full, exclusive access to every space and amenity featured in our photo gallery, please note that a few service areas remain locked. These include an unfinished section of the basement and an auxiliary structure on the property.


If you want to explore the local area, a quick drive up the road brings you to the General Store—stocked with ice cream by the scoop, sure to have your favorite flavor!—and the Palmer House restaurant for a fun night out.

A Gorgeous Autumn Escape:
Autumn is a wonderful time at the lake when the leaves turn bright red and gold, the bonfire is warm, and the air is cool. We are also perfectly situated near some fun fall destinations: Pearson Family Farm (8 mins), Norm’s Farm Market (10 mins) and Stoney Brook Farms (11 mins).


Winter Adventures:
Winter is a magical time at our lake house too. Spend your days ice fishing on the Briggs Lake chain, exploring the nearby snowmobiling trails, or checking out Palmer Park just up the road for scenic, groomed cross-country skiing and winter walking loops. Afterward, come home to warm up by the electric fireplace with a warm drink.
