Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home. It is close to Orlando attractions such as Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Legoland, Many places to golf, short drive to most of Florida's natural springs and only an hour and half to the west or east cost of Fl. It is a wonderful place to relax and Play in the water or fish off the dock and watch sunsets. It is a beautiful country setting and is great for just taking a walk or hiking, you can go for miles.
The space
Home is a single-story barn style home with the water edge only feet away from the back door, in a country setting. Perfect place to find peace, rest & relaxation. We have a beautiful swimming hole for you to relax in. We invite you to bring your boat for fishing or any other water activities but please note we do not have a boat ramp currently we use our 4-wheel drive truck to launch ours into the lake. But please touch bases with us about the size of your boat to make sure we can accommodate your size vessel, we may be able to assist with our truck with your approval, most fishing and ski boats are acceptable (we ask this because one guest brought a boat that was way to large for our lake). We have 3 bedrooms all are modest size: Master bedroom has a king bed; 2nd bedroom also has a king bed; 3rd bedroom has a bunkbed; lower bed is a regular bed and top bed is a twin-size bed. We also have a fold out couch ( Queen size bed) in the living room. We have four TV's a 55" HD in the living room that is a smart LG TV, and it allows you to watch LG live for free but there are other apps that are available for use if you have your own account there are many apps that you can sign into ( we ask you to make sure you sign out of all of your accounts when you leave). There is also a 43" smart Roku tv in the master bedroom. 32" in smart Roku tv's in the other two bedrooms that have a live channel that is free but also have all of the other apps that you will need to sign into with your own account. The kitchen is a fully working kitchen that has anything you might need for preparing meals (pots and pans, plates, bowels, cups of all kinds, silverware, utensils, toaster/air fryer, crockpot, microwave, full stove, full refrigerator inside and one outside also, coffee pot that makes a full pot of coffee or there is a Keurig side for pods), but there is NO dishwasher, So if you don't want to have to wash dishes all the time you might want to bring some paper plates and paper cups, we do not supply paper plates, but we do have holders for paper plates. There is one full bathroom that has a shower only. We have lots of outside seating available for your use wherever you choose to sit. We have no designated parking spots, but we do ask that you park in front of the house in the large open areas and not on the side. There is no covered parking currently. We do have 2 sit in Kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 seat kayak and a paddle boat available for our guest to use during your stay.
We do allow smoking outside and have provided ash trays for use which is located on top of outside refrigerator and also have two large cigarette receptacles to put butts inside of. So please do not throw cigarettes butts on the ground. Thank you.
We do supply you with toilet paper and paper towels, dish soap and hand soap and a small amount of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and tooth paste to get you started. You will need to buy any additional supplies if you should need them.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole house, except for our storage room, which remains locked during your stay.
Other things to note and liability waiver:
The house is very much nestled in nature, and you will see lots of different wildlife around on land and the lake. You may see squirrels, snakes, rabbits, and many distinct species of birds. Some of the wildlife may be dangerous, and we advise all guests to be aware of their surroundings while on the property or taking walks. Because our home is in a rural setting guests may also encounter bugs including ticks, fleas, mosquitos, bees, spiders, caterpillars and many other small bugs (we do try to have bug spray at the home available for your use). Please note spiders' webs form overnight outside. We are mindful to remove any webs in communal areas outside as we see them but cannot guarantee a spider will not spin a web overnight during your stay or that we missed one. We do have a pest control company that regularly services the property but if you see any bugs on the inside we would appreciate you letting us know so we can have them back out to service the home. We are on well water and a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. We also have a nice fire pit area for your enjoyment and have supplied you with wood for your fire, we ask that you do not abuse the use of the firewood because we do have to pay for it.
LIABILITY WAIVER:
You understand that swimming in the lake, the use of Kayaks, SUP boards and paddle boat are at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming in the lake using any of these items. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming in the lake and or use of the above-listed equipment and hold owners harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming in a lake and the use of the above listed equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, or using the above equipment if a person has health risks, or if a person swims or uses the above listed equipment while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur in the use of the above-listed equipment. You agree to not utilize any watercraft provided after sunset. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owners for accidents or claims arising from swimming in the lake, using the Kayaks, SUP boards or paddle boat. All guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.
