The completely refreshed house is yours to enjoy with up to 8 people and includes many comforts you would find at home. Enjoy the beautiful outdoors at one of many Metroparks in the area, grill outside in the nice summer weather, go downtown for a game or one of many excellent local restaurants and bars, or just enjoy some time at your home away from home in this quiet Parma neighborhood.

This house is totally private and you will be the only guest here.
-Each bedroom includes a 32” or 50” Roku TV, 2 USB charging ports on each night stand for phones or tablets, and blackout curtains.
-The main bedroom also has a half bath, and sleeper sofa for additional sleep space.
-Kitchen is well equipped for meal prep with a brand new oven/stove and microwave, full set of pots and pans, baking trays, cooking utensils, and dinnerware for 8, as well as a coffee bar equipped with standard brew pot, hot water kettle, and French press, with included coffee/cream/sugar.
-The living room comes with a large sectional and chair for plenty of seating, as well as a 65” Roku TV.
-The garage and basement is not available for use, but the whole main house and small backyard are open for guests.
-The driveway can fit several vehicles and street parking is also free.

This house is self check-in, but if you have any issues getting in or in general with the place, please reach out as we live just down the block and can respond pretty quickly.

Other things to note
This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect that. The neighbors are nice and we want to be good neighbors in return so you and future guests are welcomed back. No large gatherings or parties will be permitted, and please keep the noise down after 9 PM.

The bedding for this house is set for 6 guests as standard, so please let us know if you need more than 3 beds and we will bring out more bedding for the fold out bed upstairs.

Uber and Lyft are available in this area. There are plenty of grocery stores including Giant Eagle and Walmart, and just about every fast food you can think of within a 5-10 minute drive.
